So, back in Perth four colleagues never seem to be able to find the chance to catch up… but amazingly here in London all four find each other. A history lesson visiting Greenwich and dinner in Kensington… tomorrow we head off to start our Camino and Rob and Janine carry on with the Churchill Fellowship ….
London calling … on the way
Perhaps the best thing to say is that you step into the plane in Perth they close the doors and the next time they open you’re in London. The thought of 17 hours trapped in a plane was daunting, but with a combination of a couple of hours of work that hadn’t been completed, a meal, a movie and 6 hours sleep, time flew (pardon the pun). London is wonderful as always, although I wonder how long the weather will last. So, notching up some kilometers which didn’t happen in the last week at home and prepping for the flight to St Jean de Port on Friday …
Almost there….
so…this is the first post to say, my Camino starts on Sunday 20…minor thing to get a 17 hour non-stop flight to London in economy out of the way…hmmm
